The logo for ArtAbilities, which features the new accessable living logo being painted by a cartoon paintbrush,.We’ve opened up our registration and if you’re aged 8-25 years with a disability and want to try some FREE art classes this fall, then ArtAbilities is the program for you. The Victoria Disability Resource Centre started offering classes on Thursdays starting October 4th, at 4:30PM, for any youth who identifies as having a disability (visible and invisible).

WHO: Youth (aged 8-25 years old) who self-identify as having a disability and have an interest in art.

WHEN: October 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th  and Nov 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd from 4:30PM-6PM

WHERE: An accessible and inclusive environment in downtown Victoria, the VDRC.

Participants will also have the opportunity to submit a piece for exhibition for the 6th Annual Artists with Disabilities Showcase in December.
