CanAssist’s Job Journey
Job Journey serves job seekers aged 15+ who self-identify as having a disability and/or mental health barrier to employment.
Job Journey offers the following:
- Paid workshops to gain employability skills: either in person or virtual setting
- Career exploration and discovery
- Cover letter and resume support
- Practice mock interviews
- 1:1 job coach to help with job search and on-site job support
- Paid certificate training such as First Aid, Foodsafe or WHMIS
- Part-time or full-time students are eligible
- Wage subsidy for employers is available

Job Journey welcomes referrals to join their waitlist at anytime and hosts workshops every 2-3 months.
