How to Apply/Renew
By phone:
250-595-0044 ext. 106 – have your credit card ready
*Please note that new applicants must submit their completed application form (see options below) prior to paying by phone*
By email/e-transfer:
*If sending an e-transfer, please include the applicants full name, mailing address and phone number*
By mail:
Mail the completed application form and payment to the Victoria Disability Resource Centre at 817 A Fort Street, Victoria, BC V8W 1H6
*Cheques can be made out to the ‘Victoria Disability Resource Centre’ or ‘VDRC’*
By fax:
Fax the completed application form to 250-595-1512 and provide payment via credit card.
